The instal was easy. After watching a YouTube video. The lights are just right. Not over powering. Adjusting the lamp was easy with the set screw. No drilling required.
2nd set still happy. See pictures for use in older super duty. You need to change the retainer to get them to fit but still cheap to do and worth it for the better light output and lower amp draw.
Lights are very bright and project a beam pattern better than any others i have tried.
I bought a used truck a few weeks ago, and the headlights made driving in the dark really scary. They were hazed and yellowed and needed to be replaced, so I bought new fixtures and upgraded to these LED lamps. The improvement is fantastic. I've had Bevinsee LED's in my SUV also for three more years with perfect operation and recommend them quite often. Upgraded the interior and back up lights too, and they are all fabulous!!
Easy to install.... Much brighter compared to stock bulbs. No error code! Can't speak for longevity but I will give it a 5 unless they underperform.
