Shipping&Tracking
Standard shipping is free for the United States, Canada, Australia, and some countries in the Americas/Asia. Please refer to our shipping policy for details, or you can view the shipping cost calculation results on the checkout page.
Delivery times depend on your location, inventory, and shipping method:
Warehouse Delivery
• European Warehouse: 3–7 days
• International Warehouse: 7–15 days
Shipping Services
• Standard (4PX/Yanwen): 7–15 business days (No tax/extra fees)
• Expedited (FedEx/DHL/UPS/USPS): 3–7 business days (Tax required; provide tax ID/number)
If you are a subscriber to our website, you will receive an email with a tracking link after your package is shipped. If not, you can provide your order number to support@bevinsee.com, and we will look it up and send you the latest tracking link.
Most countries do not require taxation, but some countries in the EU, Africa, South America, and certain Asian countries require a tax number in case it is needed for shipments. (Some European countries/South Africa/Mexico/Brazil/Singapore/South Korea, etc.)
It's certainly frustrating when a package doesn't arrive on time. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, follow these steps:
1. Verify and Locate
Check your surroundings: Delivery drivers often place packages in "hidden" locations to prevent theft—such as behind flowerpots, under porch steps, or near side doors.
Ask neighbors or family: It's common for packages to be received by someone else in the household or mistakenly delivered to a neighbor's house.
Wait 24 hours: During peak periods, delivery drivers sometimes mark packages as delivered the day before they are actually delivered.
2. Contact the Courier Company
Contact the Courier Company: Contact the courier company directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If your package was handled by another carrier, provide your order number and contact us; we will provide you with the carrier's contact information. If it's confirmed that the package was lost due to the carrier's fault, we will process a claim for you or resend a new package.
Request GPS location tracking: Carriers can usually provide the exact GPS coordinates of the package scanned upon delivery to confirm it has been delivered to the correct address.
3. Review store policies
Liability: Legally, once a package is marked "delivered," the risk of loss usually transfers to the buyer.
Fraud prevention: Most retailers, including Bevinsee, do not cover labor or installation costs associated with parts. Initiating a refund request without attempting to resolve the issue may be considered fraudulent.
4. Report theft
Theft (package stolen): If you suspect your package has been stolen after successful delivery, you should report it to the police.
Claims: Check if your credit card offers shopping protection.

Therefore, we have implemented a system that will proactively contact you via email to verify your identity if your order is flagged as high-risk, thus helping to reduce fraud. If you receive this email, please don't worry. This simply means that our payment processor has automatically requested verification of your order. Sometimes, the reason for verification may be simple, such as a discrepancy between the billing address and the shipping address, or an anomaly in the payment method.
