Every season I change my summer and winter wheels on my Audi Q3. The huge 19 inch wheels with run-flat tires are ridiculously heavy and difficult to place on the hub and align with the bolt holes. It makes the task more easier.
These were ordered in the spring for future use, and yesterday I put them to the test
Ones all you really need, but two gives you better control. Whether in the shop or roadside, this is a must-have-especially as you get older.
Way easier to line up, and no more killing my back. Wheels just slide in smooth. I stash these in the trunk always.
Tires on MB, VW, BMW, and some others rock bolts instead of studs. Without these temporary screw-in studs, lining up the rim holes with the disc is hard.
